3 Pull-Up Variations You Need to Try

How to do it:

  • Stand beneath a pull-up bar with your left side closest to the bar and your chest perpendicular to it
  • Position the right hand in the same way directly in front of your left hand
  • Pull yourself up until your chin comes above the bar using your left arm and back
  • Lastly, lower yourself to the starting position
